We offer personalised therapy sessions tailored to meet your specific needs and aim to provide a warm, safe and human approach to your problems. Our clinicians have experience working with a range of difficulties including:
We recognise that there are many different routes to making progress in therapy and so our clinicians work flexibly to adapt and draw on a range of different evidence-based therapy modalities including CBT, EMDR, ACT, Compassion-Focussed therapy and others as appropriate based on your goals and experiences.
Sessions are provided online and last 50 minutes. Each session is £120 and prior to starting sessions we are able to offer a 15 minute call to answer any questions and help you to decide if you would like to proceed.
We provide autism assessments and post-diagnostic support and psychological therapy in line with NICE guidance.
Assessments are £2000 and take place over multiple sessions. They may vary in modality and length depending on your personal circumstances though will typically include:

Prior to commencing the assessment we offer a 15 minute introductory call to discuss in more detail what the assessment entails.
We offer individual or group clinical supervision for psychologists, CBT therapists and mental health workers.
Our supervisors are Clinical Psychologists and BABCP registered and are able to provide one-off, ad-hoc and ongoing supervision.
We are also available for reflective practice, training and consultation for organisations regarding mental health, neurodiversity and wellbeing.
